RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Loresense, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging 
  • Items must be in a resalable condition 

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used 
  • The seal has been broken 
  • The item is not in its original condition 

This policy ensures the safety and quality of all products for our customers.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the item 
  • Photos of the packaging 

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
