SHIPPING POLICY

At Loresense, we are committed to delivering your order with care, reliability, and efficiency. Every order is handled with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

  • Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 
  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £40 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using a fully tracked service.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): 2–4 working days 

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery at every stage.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
Loresense cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.

Parcels are considered lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund once the investigation is complete.

Please note that we may require confirmation of non-receipt before processing a claim.
